The strawberry tartare

You will need:

  • 200 gr. strawberries,
  • 3 eggs,
  • 50 ml cream,
  • 1 vanilla pod,
  • 1 lemon,
  • 1 lime,
  • 2 sprigs mint,
  • 30 gr. almond,
  • 20 ml. of maple syrup,
  • 1 Cup sugar,
  • 1 bunch of green Basil.

The pot of water put on the fire, pour into it a Cup of sugar, stir!

Mint leaves torn from branches and put aside.

Three yolks put in a water bath. Take the vanilla and take out the seeds from the pod, using the blunt part of the knife blade. Add the vanilla to the yolks.

Top 50 milliliters of cream and sugar.

Whisk yolks vigorously stirred.

In the beaker for blender put the mint leaves and pour in the already hot melted sugar. Whisk. Now mint syrup is ready!

Grate a lemon. The zest added to the custard.

Using a peeler remove from lime peel. The obtained slices cut into thin strips.

Grind the almonds. No need to turn it into crumbs.

Then cut the strawberries into small cubes, Tartarus.

Spread them on a plate, use with a serving ring.

Around him pour mint syrup.

Top — straws lime and almond. Then again a layer of strawberries.

A couple of tablespoons of custard and lime for beauty. Remove the ring.

And the final touch – again nuts and maple syrup.

All! The dessert is ready!
