Chicken fillet — 700 gr
Mayonnaise — 200 gr
Garlic — 3 cloves
Potatoes — 6-8 pieces (large)
Cheese — 100-200 gr
Green onions
Salt

Cooking method
Chicken fillet cut into cubes.
In the frying pan pour water (about a glass), add mayonnaise and lay out the chicken fillet. Salt. Stew under the lid 30 min.
Add chopped garlic. All! The filling is ready!
We clean potatoes. Three potatoes on grater. Salt!

Next, we take the forms for cupcakes. We grease them well with sunflower oil. We spread into the forms grated raw potatoes, so that it was in the form of baskets. In the middle we lay out the chicken with garlic. We put in a preheated oven (I had a temperature of 240 degrees) for 20-25 minutes.

While the tartlets are sitting in the oven, three cheese on a grater and cut the green onions. Cheese and onions are mixed.

After 20-25 minutes, take the tartlets from the oven and sprinkle them on top with cheese and onions.

INGREDIENTS:
● Spaghetti — 450 g
● Hunting sausages, thinly sliced ​​- 350 g
● Large onion, thinly sliced ​​- 1 pc.
● Tomatoes — 3 pcs.
● Fresh basil leaves — 2 cups
● Garlic, thinly sliced ​​- 4 denticles
● Salt — to taste
● Freshly ground black pepper — to taste
● Grated cheese — 1 stack.

PREPARATION:
1. In a large pot, pour the water and put on medium heat, lay out spaghetti, sausage, onions, tomatoes (pre-cut), basil, garlic. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
2. Bring to a boil. Reduce the heat and simmer, without the lid, until the spaghetti is cooked and some of the liquid evaporates (about 8-10 minutes). After the preparation, drain the remaining liquid.
3. Put grated cheese and herbs in a saucepan, stir and serve.
