Plastic bottles (for the frame)
The isolon (the substrate under the linoleum)
5 cans of foam 700 ml
Scotch
varnish or paint

Step 1
From plastic bottles I made the frame bonding all tape

Cut into strips the isolon (the substrate under the linoleum)

Wrapped frame all bonding tape. The windings can do more (less then you will need foam)
