Meat with cheese sauce


Beef — 1kg
Cheese (hard) — 200 g
Cream — 150 ml
Soy sauce — 2 tablespoons. l.
Mustard — 2 tbsp. l.


Meat with cheese sauce


My beef and cut into slices. Season with salt and spices meat. Roast meat in vegetable oil on both sides until lightly browned. Prepare meat sauce: cream set on fire and bring to a boil.
