Lush Pizza

— 350 g flour
— 1 teaspoon sugar
— 3 tbsp. tablespoons olive oil (or any other)
— 2 teaspoons dry yeast
— 225 ml. of water at room temperature
— Salt
— Filling to taste
— Hard cheese

Lush Pizza
Dissolve dry yeast in water at room temperature and left to stir for 10-15 minutes. Flour and 1/2 tsp. Salt to pour into a large bowl slide. Make a recess in the flour and add the diluted yeast and olive oil. All mix thoroughly and put on a surface sprinkled with flour, knead the dough, it should be soft and elastic. Put the dough in a greased bowl, cover with cling film or a towel and leave in a warm place to approach for about 1 hour (the dough should increase by about 2-fold). The finished dough is divided into two portions, roll out the desired shape. Grease or put tomato ketchup, put the filling, sprinkle with cheese and bake in the oven at 240 C for about 15-20 minutes.
