Lemon cheese cake

Over the last few years — the best and favorite cheesecake recipe. I recommend to all!


You will need:

6 eggs
750 g low-fat cottage cheese (preferably 0%)
175g soft butter
150g caster sugar
85g semolina
1 lemon

How to cook:

1. Lemon wash, using a trowel or a special knife to remove the zest. Squeeze 2-3 tbsp. spoons of lemon juice.

2. Rub the butter with the sugar, add the zest and lemon juice. Stir until smooth.

3. Gradually, one by one, add the eggs, semolina and cottage cheese.

4. Put cottage cheese in a greased baking dish and level the surface.

5. Bake in preheated 180 degree oven for about 50-60 minutes.

6. Ready cheesecake cool in oven off ajar for 30 minutes.

7. Carefully remove the cake from the mold, put in the dish and sprinkle with powdered sugar. Serve with sour cream, honey or jam.
