Funchoza salad with vegetables


Ingredients:
— 200 g of transparent rice noodle
— 3 pcs. peppers of different colors
— 2 carrots
— 3-4 cloves of garlic
— Vegetable oil
— 1 cucumber
— 2 tsp vinegar
— Salt
— Soya (soy sauce)

Preparation:
1. Noodles must first cover with cold water and let stand 10 minutes., Pour the cold water, then pour boiling water for 5 minutes. and pour the boiling water, rinse the noodles under running water. Give drain.
2. Carrots and peppers cut into strips, saute in vegetable oil until tender, but so that the peppers are not lost color. Clove of garlic cut into small pieces, and throw at the end of cooking carrots and peppers.
3. Once sieved carrots, peppers and garlic have cooled, mix them with noodles and cucumber. Add vinegar, salt to taste and soy (soy sauce).
