Fettuccine with salmon in cream sauce


Ingredients:

-Fettuchini — 250 g
-Semga (Trout, salmon) — 150 g
-Pomidor — 1 pc.
-Slivki (Not less than 20% fat) — 150 ml
-Luk Onion — 1/2 pcs.
-Chesnok — 2 cloves
-Parmezan — To taste
-hydrochloric — To taste
-Perets — To taste
-Timyan (Preferably fresh) — to taste
-Olivkovoe Oil — 1-2 tablespoons


Fettuccine with salmon in cream sauce (1)

Preparation:

1. Salmon cut into cubes.
2. Tomato peeled and cut into small pieces. Seeds and liquid is removed.
3. Finely chop garlic passed through the press
4. In a pan, pour olive oil, throw the onions and garlic. Fry for 1 minute.
5. Add the salmon and tomato, salt, pepper and thyme. Cook 4-5 minutes
6. Pour the cream, mix gently, cook for another 3-4 minutes.
7. If desired, add a little parmesan.
8. Then add the fettuccine ready, mix well and turn off the fire.
9. Spread the finished dish on plates, top, you can add a little parmesan.
