Egg whites — 4 pcs.
Powdered sugar — 200 g ± 20 g Cream
Vanilla sugar — 2 h. L.
Corn starch — 1 tbsp. l.
Lemon juice — 2 h. L.
Vinegar — 1/2 Art. l.
Cream & gt; 30% — 500 ml
Berries and fruit to decorate


Dessert with fruit


1. Blend 3 h. L. sugar and starch.
2. Beat the whites until fluffy foam, gradually add powdered sugar and vanilla sugar.
3. When there is a strong thick foam, add the starch and lemon juice, whisk until smooth.
4. Pour in the vinegar mixture and mix gently.
5. Put protein mass on parchment with a spoon to make small holes in the center.
6. Bake for about an hour at 100 °, straight from the oven is not removed. Cool on a wire rack meringue.
7. Whip cream with powdered sugar.
8. Put the cream into the center of each cake and garnish with berries or fruit.
