We start the process with the preparation of the dough. Cold butter cut into large pieces, on top pour the sifted flour, a pinch of salt and chop everything together until a knife is not very fine crumbs.

Then quickly grind hands and put crumbs in a bowl, pour very cold water and knead the dough hands.

While the dough cools, prepare the filling. Clear the carrots. Zucchini and zucchini cut into thin strips with the skin, so do with a carrot (the strips are very thin, you can use vegetable cutters, and carrots can be planed using peelers). Strips of vegetables should be the same in width, so squash and zucchini strips should be cut in half larger and smaller trim.

gradually moving to the center, alternating squash, zucchini and carrots.
