Corporate salad with mustard-honey dressing

— Chicken breast — 2 pcs.
— Eggs — 4 pcs.
— Olive oil — 16 tablespoons
— Mixed salad — 400 g
— Tomato — 2 pcs.
— Cucumber — 2 pcs.
— Onions — 1 pc.
— Capers — 2 tbsp
— Honey — 1 tsp
— Lemon juice — 6 tbsp
— Mustard (Mild) — 2 tbsp
— Salt — optional

1. Prepare the ingredients.
2. Rub chicken breasts with salt and pepper. Wrap in plastic wrap breast and slightly repel.
In a frying pan, heat 4 tablespoons pozharte olive oil and chicken breasts on both sides until cooked (about 15-20 minutes). If you have a grill pan — use it!
When the breasts are ready, pass them on plates. Let cool slightly and cut into strips.

Wash and thoroughly dry the salad. Tear lettuce into pieces. Put in a deep bowl.
Wash vegetables. Peel the onions. Cut into thin half-rings.
Tomatoes — large semicircles. We cut off the ends of the cucumber and cut into rings. Connect the vegetables with lettuce.
3. Prepare the filling. Combine all ingredients (honey, lemon juice, mustard, olive oil 12 tablespoons) in a separate bowl and whisk vigorously whisk.
4. Add 2/3 of the filling to the vegetables. Mix well.
Arrange on serving plates, top Distribute the chicken and gently place the quartered eggs at the rate of one per plate.
Sprinkle with capers and pour the remaining dressing.
