COOKIES, GREEN TEA AND WHITE CHOCOLATE


For biscuits take:

2 1/8 cups flour
2 1/2 tbsp green tea powder (matcha)
2/3 tbsp. butter
1/2 Cup 1 tbsp. powdered sugar
pinch of salt
2 egg yolks
1/2 Cup white chocolate for baking


Sift the flour and matcha in a bowl. Separately with a mixer beat butter with sugar and salt. Add the yolks and whisk everything well, then gradually mix in flour mixture and chocolate.Of dough, create two sausages, wrap them in plastic wrap and refrigerate overnight.

Preheat the oven to a temperature of 150 degrees. Chilled dough expand from the film and cut it into pieces with a thickness of 7 mm. Place biscuits on a baking sheet and bake for 20 minutes. Let the finished cookies cool and serve.
