Delicious shortbread from two types of dough, decorated in the form of bears. It is sure to please both adults and children.


To prepare the pastry «Bears» will need:
butter — 180 g;
sugar — 150 g;
vanillin — a pinch;
egg — 1 pc .;
baking powder — 1 hour. L .;
cocoa powder — 2 tablespoons. L .;
flour — 2 cups;
vegetable oil.


 

Softened butter mixed with sugar and vanilla. Add the egg and beat with a mixer.
Then add the baking powder, 1.5 cups of flour and knead a soft dough.
The dough is divided in 2 parts. I divided the dough into two unequal parts.
In most add cocoa powder and 1/4 cup flour. The light batter add 1/4 cup flour. The dough is wrapped in plastic film and place in refrigerator for 30 minutes.
