Coffee pancake


Ingredients:
Flour — 240 g
Coffee powder — 1 tbsp
Sugar — 2 tbsp
Baking powder — 1 tsp
Salt
Butter — 30 g
Milk — 250 g
Egg — 1 PC.


Preparation:
1. In a deep bowl mix flour (240 g.), instant coffee powder (1 tbsp), sugar (2 tbsp), baking powder (1 tsp), a pinch of salt. Mix well, it is important to achieve homogeneity.
2. In a small bowl melt the butter (30 grams). I’m just in the microwave 15 seconds grey.
3. Pour into dry ingredients, butter, milk (250 ml) and one egg.
4. Beat with a mixer or whisk. The dough should not be too liquid.
5. Heat a non-stick pan, with oil not grease. Carefully pour a tablespoon of the batter into the pan. When the top starts popping bubbles-holes, so you can flip.
6. To fry the second side until it will turn brown. Put in a plate and make the next pancake.
