Chocolate tart with hazelnut

For the dough:
— Butter — 110 g
— Sugar — 70g

— Flour — 1130 g
— Cocoa powder — 2.5 tsp

For filling:
— Sugar — 200 g
— Water — 65 ml
— Molasses — 1 tablespoon
— Butter — 60 g
— Heavy Cream — 125 ml
— Salt — ¾ tsp
— Hazelnut — 1.5 cups (roasted)
— Dark chocolate — 45 g

For the cream:
— Heavy Cream — 250 ml
— Sugar — 40g
— Walnut liqueur — 1-2 tsp

1. For the dough, combine the flour, cocoa and salt.
2. In the mixer bowl, beat butter and sugar, yolks hammer.
