Chocolate cake pancakes


Ingredients:
Flour of 1.2 V.
Baking soda 1 tsp.
Sugar 0,5 V.
Salt 0,2 tsp.
Cocoa 4 tbsp
Vegetable oil 4,5 tbsp
Vanilla extract 2 tsp.
Milk, 1.5 tbsp.
Cream 35-40% of 1 tbsp.
Sugar 4 tbsp.
Melted milk chocolate 90 g


 

Chocolate cake pancakes

First, mix the flour, baking soda, cocoa, sugar and salt.
Add vegetable oil, vanilla and milk.
Heat up the pan, grease with oil or butter and pour in the center about a quarter Cup of dough.
When bubbles appear, flip the pancake.
When the pancakes are ready and completely cooled, whip the cream with sugar and coat them pancakes, forming a cake.
Decorate the remnants of cream and fruit.
Pour melted chocolate.
Prepare yourself a hot Cup of coffee and dig in.
