Flour — 2 stack.

Preparation:
For 1st toppings: sliced ​​ham
For the second filling: 200 g cottage cheese + bundle of herbs (dill) + + st.l.smetany clove of garlic, salt and pepper.
In yogurt, add salt, sugar, baking soda, egg, mix well. Add cheese and durum flour. Knead well. The resulting dough is divided into balls, roll out thin cakes, put the filling (I part with ham, some with cheese). Connect the edge and roll it out a little.
Broil in a preheated skillet over refined oil with 2 sides over medium heat, covered lid.
