— 150 g of dark chocolate for baking
— 50g butter
— 200g sugar
— 1 packet of vanilla sugar
— salt
— 2 eggs
— 100g flour
— 1 tsp.. baking powder
— 3 oranges
— 6 leaves of white gelatine
— 500g of low-fat cottage cheese
— 250g mascarpone
— 0.5 tsp.. cinnamon
— 0.5 tsp.. carnations
— Cocoa for dusting

Cake tiramisu and oranges


1. split molds for the cake grease with butter and sprinkle with flour. Chocolate coarsely chop and melt in a water bath, let cool slightly. Connect butter, 100g sugar, vanilla sugar, 1 pinch of salt and beat with a mixer. One to mix the eggs. Mix the flour and baking powder, sift over and mix again. Add the melted chocolate and stir.
2. Dough pour into a mold and bake for 20 minutes at 175S. Remove and let sit for 15 minutes, then remove the cake from the mold and let cool completely.
3. To prepare the cream, clean the oranges so as to remove plenochki. Cutting through the slices with a knife between plenochku, two oranges, cut the flesh and cut into pieces. Plenochku press and collect the juice.
4. Soak the gelatin in cold water. Mix cottage cheese, mascarpone, orange juice, 100g of sugar and spices. 3 minutes whisk mixer.
