BAKLAVA recipe (1)

You will need:
Milk 75 ml
Instant dry yeast 3 g
Sugar 3 g
Wheat flour 250 g
Butter 145 g
Eggs 1.5 PC.
Sour cream 75 g
Salt ¼ tsp.
Walnuts 180 g
Powdered sugar 125 g
Ground cinnamon ½ tsp.
Vegetable oil 3 ml
Honey 75 g
Mineral water 50 ml

How to prepare:
The ingredients of the 1st stage:
Milk 75 ml
Instant dry yeast 3 g
Sugar 3 g

In a bowl, mix the milk,yeast and sugar. Leave on for 10 minutes.

The ingredients of the 2nd stage:
Wheat flour 250 g
Butter 25 g

Sour cream 75 g
Salt 0.25 tsp

Repeat steps 9 more times. The photo shows the 10 layer of dough, greased and sprinkled with walnut stuffing. This layer — the latter containing the filling.
